01 / 04 · TRAIN

Log a set in two taps.

Your last session sits beside every row, so you always know the number to beat. Records and estimated 1RM appear the moment you hit them — nothing to mark yourself.

  • Every exercise comes with a photo
  • Rest timer, templates and plans
  • Guided mode and a full history
02 / 04 · FUEL

Hit your macros. No spreadsheet.

Targets built from your height, weight, age, training days and goal — with the maths shown, not a number from nowhere. Scan a barcode, build a meal once, log it in a second.

  • A curated food database, macros per 100 g
  • Recipes and a shared shopping list
  • Barcode scanner built in
03 / 04 · RECOVER

Know what's ready to train.

Muscle recovery scores every muscle from the sets you logged in the last 7 days — and shows the formula, so it never feels like a black box. Nothing to tick, nothing to guess.

  • A figure and a % for every muscle
  • Grouped Push, Pull, Legs and Core
  • “How recovery works” shows the maths
04 / 04 · PROGRESS

Watch the trend, not the day.

Weight, calories, protein and strength over 7, 14 or 30 days. Log for a fortnight and the target rebuilds itself from what you actually ate and what your weight actually did.

  • Your week: lifted, ate, changed
  • Weight trend and progress photos
  • Targets that learn from you

Everything inside

One app for the gym and the kitchen.

Most trackers do one well and treat the other as an afterthought. Here is everything FitnessMaxxing does, moving.

Training

An exercise library you'll actually find things in.

518 exercises across eight muscle groups — each with a photo, so you know what you're picking. Add your own when you need to.

New · Muscle recovery

See what's ready. See what isn't.

Every muscle scored from your last 7 days of sets — no sleep tracker, no guesswork, and the formula is on screen.

Training

Records find you.

Estimated 1RM per exercise, and how close today's working set is to your record. Personal bests are detected automatically.

A target that shows its work.

Calories from your height, weight, age, training days and goal. Log for a fortnight and it stops estimating — the target is rebuilt from what you ate and what your weight did.

Switching?

Bring your history with you.

Import your Strong or Hevy log. Exercises are matched to the app's own — case, hyphens, plurals and word order — so doubles merge and pick up their photo.

FAQ

Before you start.

Does it cost anything?

The tracker — training log, food log, targets, recipes, shopping list — is free and unlimited, with no ads. The AI photo estimate and the AI coach's answers cost real money to run, so they sit behind Pro.

Can I look around before making an account?

Yes. Open the preview and the whole app is there, no sign-up. If you make an account afterwards you're offered the chance to bring what you logged with you.

How is the one-rep max calculated?

From the weight and reps of each set, using the Epley formula. It's an estimate, not a tested max — which is the point: you can compare sets across sessions without ever maxing out.

Can two of us share an account?

You keep separate accounts and link them with an invite code from Settings. Either of you can then see and edit the other's training and food, and you share one shopping list. Unlink from the same place whenever you want.

Can I bring my Strong or Hevy history?

Yes. Import your log and exercises are matched to the app's own, so doubles merge and pick up their photo.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, from inside the app — your account and everything in it. Or email adamhabovstiak@gmail.com.

Who makes this?

Adam Habovstiak, an independent developer. Bug, question or feature request: adamhabovstiak@gmail.com. I reply within 24 hours.
